Is my data secure? Absolutely. All customer data is encrypted and secure. Your transactions are stored in your own individually allocated database.
Can my competitor see my data?Your competitors, or for that matter, anyone outside your authorised users can never see your tickets, installed-base details or have any idea who your customers are
Can I ask for my account to be deleted and data removed?
Yes. Simply email customer support from your admin email.
The Simply C2 Starter Plan is for organizations only offering repair services to their clients. It is really free, for the limited functionality. Most of our Clients will never need anything else.
Starter plan has lifelong validity- so long as your needs are met. If your users grow beyond 30, or you need to use functionality available only in the premium plan, you will need to migrate to the premium plan.
Do you provide an invoice?Yes; for all purchases, we do. It will be emailed to your admin email address and also sent on WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
